Training

CSAGA has a long experienced staff who have been trained with new methods. CSAGA’s strength is to train counseling skills of anti gender-based violence, children facing difficulties, reproductive health, anti corporal punishment toward children, etc, and carry out training courses about gender, living skills, etc.

In the past few years, we have been opening a lot of training courses for counselors of the psychological-emotional hotline of 1088 (Hanoi Post Office). We have also been implementing training courses for state officials, medical staff, social workers, etc. in Hanoi and other provinces such as Cao Bang, Sapa, Hoa Binh, Thanh Hoa, Thai Binh, Ninh Binh. Moreover, we have been participating in a lot of courses for improving capacities in projects related to other organizations. CSAGA staff have been supervisors of some international organizations.

In the future, we specifically pay attention to vulnerable subjects such as victims of HIV/AIDS, violence, sexual abuse, etc.
