Research

Research is one of the increasingly concerned fields of CSAGA. It supports directly not only to the implementation of intervention projects but also to other projects.CSAGA concentrates on researching issues related to Gender – Family and Adolescents.

Implemented researches:

· Situation of Gender-based violence and awareness of health care providers in Gia Lam district (Ha Noi – 06/2002);

· Situation of coporal punishment against children at schools and at home, awareness of parents, teachers and pupils on this issue (3 schools in Ha Noi – 02/2004)

· Research of pre-project “Improving health care system and supporting counseling services for the victims of Domestic violence” sponsored by Ford Foundation (in Bac Yen, Son La – 4/2006 – 7/2006)

· Brief evaluation on demands and priorities of anti Gender based violence activities sponsored by UNFPA (in Phu Tho and Ben Tre – 1/6 – 7/8/2006)

· Brief evaluation on demands and prioritites of Gender equality programs sponsored by Peace and Development organization of Spain (in two districts of Hoang Hoa and Nhu Thanh, Thanh Hoa province – 8/2006)
