Circle Painting – Joining hands to end violence against women and girls

Annually we celebrate the International Day of the Elimination of Violence against women November 25th. This year, the celebration attracts the attention of hundreds of volunteers, and many women and youth. All people responded actively to the event “Circle Painting”, which was held on November 24 2011 at the Hanoi Children’s Palace. Each participant involved in the activity, painted canvas or hats, and through this, conveyed the message of saying “No” to violence against women and girls.

In Vietnam, the celebration was held successfully with the organization of CSAGA, CCIHP and Youth Union. Especially, this event attracted the support and funding of a business as BAKING CENTER. BAKING CENTER is a showroom under the management of the Hoang Lam commercial and food joint stock company (Holafoods), which provided materials and equipment for the baking trade as well as giving varied training courses in making cakes.

BAKING CENTER provides a wide range of high quality cake making courses. The company does not only hope that women can satisfy their passion of making cakes but it also wishes women will have a peaceful and happy life. The event attracted the attention and support of SUNFLY, too. This is a high-grade home-wear fashion brand, which has been cared and supported by many women all over the country.
