Formally going into operation on January 1, 1997, Linh Tam counseling line has been a reliable place for clients to share their confidences whenever they encounter mental and emotional difficulties. The purposes of Linh Tam are to share, provide information and disseminate knowledge on Love – Marriage – Family, Living skills and others social issues. The counseling line is the base of foundation and development of CSAGA.
With ten years of experience, counselors and staff of CSAGA have accumulated and developed skills in counseling, working with vulnerable people, such as women and children who are victims of domestic violence and human trafficking. This experience enables the studying and intervention of CSAGA to be operated more effectively.

Counseling through the website is a nonprofit activity of CSAGA. We have provided free counseling to thousands of clients both inside the country and abroad, including Vietnamese living in the UK, France, the US, and Canada. The counseling website http://www.linktam.com was selected as the one of the ten most attractive websites in 2003.

To implement the mission of the center, CSAGA continues to cooperate and work with national and international NGOs to establish and advance intervention projects. In such projects, CSAGA implements or serves as a professional advisor in the community to establish counseling offices in the project areas so as to improve awareness and communicate to local authorities on counseling for victims who are beneficiaries of the projects.
