Chairwoman of Foundation Committee

Mrs. Nguyen Van Anh: MA of Social Science and Humanity.


Since 1997, Mrs. Van Anh has been at the highest position who guides the development of CSAGA.

Being an active person, she always finds new ways to develop the prevention of domestic violence in Vietnam. In her role, she has been helping CSAGA to build and widen cooperative relations with both internal and international persons and organizations who have the same concerns. With more than 11- year experience in counseling issues related to family, 10- year experience in communication, she is considered as an activist in children and women’s rights. She has many contributions in movements on preventing domestic violence, supporting victims of violence and human trafficking. Her professional aspects are gender and gender equality, preventing domestic violence, trafficking in women and children. At this moment, she is paying more attention to research and apply methods of using art in development, building clubs for men and widening network on preventing domestic violence nationwide and in the whole world.

Mrs. Van Anh has many experiences in cooperating with government bodies, international organizations, especially in cooperating with mass media. In 2008, she has created new approaching methods with mass media in broadcasting on gender and domestic violence prevention.

In 1993, before working in CSAGA, she was a reporter of social issue department of VOV. She has many writings which were awarded in writing for children’s competition and writing programs for VOV about social issues.

Director of PCP- consultant for CSAGA:

Mrs. Tran Hong Điep- BA of Laws


Mrs. Tran Hong Diep graduated from University of Laws in 2000 and has been working as the adviser of CSAGA since then.

Mrs. Diep pays special attention to children’s rights in Vietnam and suicide of Vietnamese youth. She has capacity in building development strategies of organizations and designing projects.

Deputy Director of promoting women's rights section/ Manager of promoting women's rights section Section:

Mrs. Le Hong Giang : MA of Social Science of Medicine and BA of Foreign language

Mrs. Le Hong Giang is MA of Social Science of Medicine, major in Reproductive Health, Gender and Violence against women of Madihol University, Thailand; BA of Foreign Language. She has been working in CSAGA since 2002.

Mrs. Giang has many experiences in working in women and reproductive health issues in the position of counselor and trainer of training courses on gender and preventing domestic violence. She is also expert in managing projects about communication on preventing domestic violence and increasing the participation of women.

Especially, she has working experience in social programs about adolescent’s reproductive health, people living with HIV/AIDS in Thailand- one compulsory part of her MA program. In addition, she worked with Vietnamese youth about sexual relation before married during the time collecting data to defend her MA thesis.

Mrs. Giang is also one of the experts of gender who has many experiences in training; intervening and building programs; designing projects related to gender and prevention of domestic violence, increasing women’s rights in participating social activities.

She has been taking part in many training courses- in the position of trainer- in gender, domestic violence, skill in writing proposals of projects for social workers in many provinces and cities in Vietnam.

Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thu Thi- BA of Linguistic



Mrs. Thu Thi has been working in CSAGA since 2000, right after graduating from Social Science and Humanity University, majority in Linguistic. At that time, she was a counselor. Since 2002, she is in charge of counseling services of CSAGA and she has been taking part in counseling training courses for staffs of CSAGA and other organizations.

Since 2007, she has been assigned as the Deputy Director- responsible for training and services of CSAGA/ manager of Training section. She is now the project manager of “Building network of clubs for victims of domestic violence” in Hanoi. She is experienced in holding programs, events and working with vulnerable women.

Since 2010, she has been assigned as the Deputy Director of Fund raising and media Section


Manager of Children’s Section:

Mrs. Pham Thi Thanh Giang- BA of Social Science and Humanity

Mrs. Thanh Giang started working in CSAGA right after graduating from Social Science and Humanity University in 2002. During this time, she has taken part in learning and researching issue related to children, using art and culture to approach and support children to impulse children’s rights and anti- corporal punishment against children. Besides her professional in children, she also works in gender and domestic violence.

Her works include designing and writing proposals, training on children’s rights, children’s participatory and anti- corporal punishment against children, facilitating forums and workshops of children. On the other hand, she has taken part in researching activity as a researcher. She has many experiences in managing and implementing projects on issues mentioned above.
